We want you to be as happy moving into your new home as you are 20 years later. That means we’ll be here if you need us, even long after our work together has ended.
All of our new homes come with a one-year warranty for materials and a five-year warranty for structural defects, under the New Home Warranty Program of Manitoba. We’ll come for a visit after you’ve been in your home for a year to help with anything that’s come up, and we’ll continue to look after you for the subsequent years to come.
