Will joined Irwin Homes officially in 2021 after graduating from Asper School of business, although he spent many years as part-time job site clean up crew. His current role puts him in constant communication with designers, suppliers, and trades as he ensures accuracy in budget & details of each build. Outside of the office he leads an active life running marathons & training with his wife, Sarah.
