Almost 60 years ago, Irwin Homes began as Irwin Construction, founded by Irwin Koop. Irv started as a framer, then led his own framing crew and eventually, decided to strike out on his own as a custom builder.

Irv was supported by his wife Lil, and was eventually joined by his son Andrew. Over time the business grew, Irv and Lil retired, Andrew was joined by his wife Krista, and now they manage Irwin Homes together.

Now in our third generation with more than a dozen employees, we still consider ourselves a “family” business.

We provide everything from drafting services to in house interior design and full-time site supervisors. For our single-family homes, we provide a truly custom experience by listening to our customers’ wants and needs and walking through the entire process with them.
