With the support of his wife, Lil, and later partnership with his son, Andrew, business grew. Irv and Lil retired, and Andrew, joined by his wife Krista, now manage Irwin Homes, and are carrying it forward.

Today, three generations in, we have more than a dozen employees in the family, each of us working together to maintain our goal of providing exceptional home-building experiences to other families.

For almost five decades, Irwin Homes has been leading with transparency and craftsmanship to build communities and create custom homes from the ground up.

We began as Irwin Construction, founded by Irwin Koop (better known as Irv). He started as a framer and led his own crew until it was time to take the leap and begin building custom homes.

We’re an “all hands-on deck” team, providing everything from drafting services to in-house interior design and full-time site supervisors. When it comes to our single-family homes, we pride ourselves on a truly customer-oriented experience. We listen, we ask questions, and walk through the entire process with you.
